We are facing a weird problem with Ranorex Studio. While the test case execution is in progress, ranorex suddenly stops interacting with the AUT and the execution won't be completed. We had to force close/end the execution.
There is no problem with element identification and we tried by adding delays too. But still execution is not proceeding and the behavior is intermittent.
Tool: Ranorex Studio
AUT: Desktop application
Environment: Virtual Machine (windows 10)

I'm afraid, this kind of issue is not solvable without seeing the problem in action. Therefore, you should contact Ranorex support via support form, available here:

BTW, have you tried to reproduce this problem on another VM and even non-VM PC? Also, what Ranorex version do you use (most recent is 9.3.3)? Please make sure you are using the most recent version of Ranorex and also the same version on all machines!
