I'm not a 100% sure that I know what you mean. Are you trying to design a .NET Control with the visual designer in Ranorex Studio?
If so, then this is functionality inherited from SharpDevelop that Ranorex Studio is based on. You can find documentation on how to use the visual designer on the SharpDevelop homepage:

Hi,
Actually I am trying to design a form just like as we design in .net.
I have followed the following steps in Ranorex after creating the project:
1. Go to the Project
2. Add new item
3. From category select c# then Windows Application
4. Then from Templates select Form then click on create.
5. Once the form gets created , go to design and actually designs the form.
Now in this form I am not able to add datagrid. So please help me in doing so.

It looks like in your view the "Tools" pad is not open. You can simply open that pad by clicking the menu item "View" -> "Tools" from the main menu in Ranorex Studio.

You can then simply add controls by dragging them into your form from the Tools pad.
