React native iOS mobile app failed to load

I am doing POC on Ranorex 9.3 for React native iOS mobile app, I have the latest Ranorex Service (3.0.0) and iOS mobile device V 13.3.1.

I've instrumented the target app and can see that app under Ranorex Service--> Apps but not able to capture app from spy

When start the app it not able to launch the app and fails with error message (attached screenshots)

Can you please help, what should I do?

Hi,

Have you tried to increase mobile settings timeouts?
