Hi there..
I have cleared the checkbox - Timings for new actions - and the documentation seems to state that if cleared the values such as Key Sequence Time Split time (currently at 500ms) would not be used "When enabled, the specified timings below will be taken instead of the recorded durations."
But when I check my new recording I have multiple Key Sequences - I typed slowly and since the checkbox was cleared I expected a single key sequence action?
Comments?
Thanks
Brent

Re: Recorder Settings - Record Defaults - Timing for new actions
I think you have it backwards.
The timing tells Ranorex how long to wait while considering keystrokes as a single action. Lowering the time will make Ranorex see the input more atomically (more single keystroke actions). Raising the time will make Ranorex see the input more completely (several keystrokes in one action).
If you remove the timing value, Ranorex will not wait to see if you continue before adding the action to the recording.
