Recording is not working in Mobile

Hello,

I am not able to perform recording of my mobile app test scenario. When I click on "Record" I got the dialoge box to select the Mobile and App. But when I select the app and click on "Add App" i get the error as in screenshot.

I tried creating a new project and tried to record again. But getting the same error. Please help

Hi,

I'm afraid, that this kind of issue is issue is not solvable without active Ranorex support assistance (via remote session). All I can suggest is to check if the device is correctly connected to Ranorex and the app you want to test is is properly instrumented?
