Repeating tests?

Post by mvd213 » Wed Nov 05, 2014 12:40 pm

I have a test suite which currently contains 3 test cases all with their own recordings. I'd like to be able to run the suite as a whole and have the recordings/cases repeat themselves. I know that there is a way to "data drive" this using some sort of table or data connector, but the information I found I had a hard time following. I looked at the section on the site here about data driving tests but that didn't seem to give me a step-by-step answer.

I was wondering if someone would be willing to walk me through a step-by-step process of how to set this up.

Much appreciated

Hi mvd213,

The easiest way to create a data driven test is using a Simple Data Table.
Just select Simple Data Table in the Test Case Properties dialog.
Insert some values into the table.
When running the test suite the test case will be repeated six times.
I hope I could answer your question.
