HI there,
Ive updated to the latest ranorex, when i run my test (a simple 2 line test) the run report shows but then seems to open over and over again making the suite unusable. the only solution seems to be to close Rx and re open every time the test is run. Is there any way to stop this "flashing" behaviour?
Thanks,
M

Re: Report problem with ranorex making it unusable
Hello Mozzytm,
Unfortunately, we are not aware of this problem. We did't see this behavior in any of our tests. It seems to be a very specific environment constellation or a problem during the installation.
Can you please uninstall Ranorex completely, restart your computer and install Ranorex using the "Ranorex 5.3.0.exe" file.
Please let us know if the problem still occur after doing the steps above.
Regards,
Bernhard

Re: Report problem with ranorex making it unusable
Hi there, the problem seemed to resolve itself on my machine after i re-checked out our floating license from the server but the exact same thing is now happening on a colleagues machine (and checking the license in and out did not resolve). Its been a while now so I'm wondering if anyone else has noted the issue?
Thanks,
M

Hello Mozzytm,
Maybe it is better to have a short remote session in order to analyze the issue on your colleagues machine.
Please write an email to [email protected].
