Please describe exactly what you are looking for. Those terms have different meanings in different places.

The Test Plan is usually the document that describes how you do your tests. That is not something that Ranorex does, but something you will need to do.

I guess what I am looking for is an example of how other people have implemented their Test Plan document that describes approach using Ranorex.
