TestRail connection issues

TestRail connection issues

We have recently run into a problem when running tests on remote agents that report results to TestRail. Running a test suite via the CLI on a Windows 10 remote agent results in the following error:

Code: Select all

"connection error: An error occurred while sending the request. The underlying connection closed. Could not establish trust relationship for the SSL/TLS secure channel."
However, I can successfully access and login to TestRail via Web Browser on that Remote Agent. Any ideas?

The issue now appears to have been resolved by applying the latest Windows 10 cumulative on the affected machine.

2019-09 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 1903 for x64-based Systems (KB4517211)
