Hi,
I am using an application in RDP. I want to track the submenu of that application. Ctrl+Left Win will not work here as it is RDP. How to find the Rx Path of that submenu using ranorex spy?

Hi,
You can use the "Scroll" button on your keyboard to track this element. Therefore please open Spy, then navigate to your menu without tracking. When you are on the expected menu item, press the "Scroll" button and Spy gets the element.

Re: Tracking a submenu of an application from RDP
Hi,
I tried this again on a sub-menu and it worked. Please try it again with "Scroll Lock" key and Spy.
Are you trying to track the element through the remote desktop connection or inside this connection?
An alternative instead of using RDP would be to use VNC. With VNC even the instant tracking works, but this works too with RDP, I tried it on a remote desktop connection.
