Tracking DROP DOWN Items

Hi,

Am Doing automated testing for java application in User code manual(c#), and am facing a problem while tracking the dropdwn menu list. i cant do that and i dont know how to do that.

ex: in the menu bar i have menu as "patient" and in that menu i have 4 sub menus and i want to track the sub menu but i dont know how to select that using TRACK in repository. Please help me.
