Hello,
Is something wrong with the Ranorex Server where we download the Service App and the iOS Web Testing app?
I tried on an iPhone 6 iOS v9.0.2 and iPad Air 2 iOS v9.1 and I keep getting "Unable to Download App" when I try to Install either RxServiceApp 2.1.0 or RxBrowser v2.1.2.
Thanks.
Gilbert
Unable to Download App RxServiceApp and RxBrowser
Re: Unable to Download App RxServiceApp and RxBrowser
Well the iPhone 6, at least the apps got installed via the Ranorex Instrumentation Wizard since the device got detected as a connected USB device.
I tried the same on the iPad Air 2 and no luck. "No USB devices found" even if I used the same cable or the same USB port which I used for the iPhone 6.
Both devices are detected as USB devices by iTunes though.
If you happen to have a solution or two on how Ranorex can recognize the iPAd Air 2 again as it used to prior to yesterday, please let me know. Our IT HelpDesk made a lot of changes including Certificates. There's got to be some iOS Settings that made this device undetected by Ranorex (both via USB and Network (WIFI)).
