Could you please give us more information about your test environment because the snapshot file looks a little bit strange.
Which version of Ranorex do you use and which technology is used in your application?
Which .NET version is installed on your machine?

Hi,
We are using ranorex 2.3 and the application is built in VB6.
The .NET version on my machine is 4.0.

Hello,
Please make sure if the extended version of the .NET framework is installed. Which version of Ranorex is installed (2.3.7, 2.3.8, 2.3.9)? Please make sure that you have at least installed 2.3.9. It would be better if you install our current version.
Is it possible to get the application in order to analyze the issue in more detail?

Hi,
extended version of the .NET framework is installed.we have ranorex 2.3.5
We could not install the current version and also it is not possible to get the application..

This makes it a bit complicated.
You could also try to add the class or process to 'GDI Capture List'. Please read the section
Testing of Legacy Applications in our user guide to more information how to do so.
