Unable to identify few elements in the desktop application

Hi,

I cannot able to identify elements displayed in File menu bar, Tool Bar and Tab Bar (Please refer screenshot and ranorex snapshot). But elements inside the View tabs are identifiable.

I experienced the same behavior even in the Accessibility Insights (MS Inspector).

It will be great if i get suggestions.

Hello Suresh,

As far as I know this ThunderRT6FormDC is something really ancient :) You can try with Ranorex GDI: GDI capture feature
