Upgrading from 2.xx to 3.xx

Hi

How do we go about ugrading from v 2.xx to the current major release of Ranorex.

We have a current valid subscription. Is it just a case of downloading the latest edition as a trial?

Hi,

as mentioned on our homepage subscriptions include free major and minor upgrades on the product(s) you purchased.

Thanks for the reply - my question may have been misunderstood.

I realise we are entitled to the upgrade but I am unclear as to how I go about getting the installer to perform the upgrade.

could you point me at a url that allows me to download the latest edition?

Normally you get an email too, where you can download the latest version. It is also nested on the start page of the Ranorex Studio.
