Is there a way to view where a recording is used? I.E. Before I change or remove a recording it would be nice to know where it is used (within my project.. possibly within other projects even)

Yes, in the Ranorex Module Browser ("Ctrl-Alt-M") you can right-click the module and select "Find All References". This should show you everywhere that the module is used in this solution.

Thank you. It is odd that that is not an option when in the Project Explorer.

I would agree. 
If you want to submit a feature request for that you can send an email to [email protected]. They are very responsive on email and want to handle feature requests that way and not on the forums.
