Hello,

We are using Ranorex 4.0.3 to test the application.We run the same step in 1000 numbers.
We have print option in the application.The test suite clicks on the 'Print 'toolbar button and opens print dialog. Clicks on 'Cancel' button and closes the dialog.This is the test case.

We run the same test 100 times.During this test,we observed that the test case fails sometimes.The reason is the ranorex does not identify the 'Print' dialog.

Please can you tell us the reason for this behaviour.At what circumstances Ranorex will not be able to identify the objects in a dialog

It is hard to analyze the issue, but it sounds like a timing issue.
Could you please try to increase the search timeout for this item in the repository?
Please read the section "Repository Item Properties" in our user guide in order to get a detailed description how to set the search timeout for repository elements.
