The weirdest thing is happening to me and it's very upsetting. I have a web application that I am testing. In one of my test cases, I need to click on a button called 'central config' using the mouse (snapshot attached). In my station- it clicks on the button successfully. In the remote desktop we are using to run tests- it works as well. BUT- when other users are trying to run this test (on the remote desktop, just like I am doing), it is not being clicked and the test fails! Why does it happen? I do regular mstsc and it's ok, but when others do- not OK. Why?

Without additional information it is hard for us to point you in the right direction.
Please give use more information about the issue.
Do they use other user credentials to login with other user permissions?
What type of error message do they get?
Are there any differences between the users, do they do anything differently?
