Hello All,

I have ranorex latest verson installed on my machine (v 4.1)
I noticed recently hat the tool is not recognizing controls in Chrome browser.
May be because of the updates in Chrome browser(Version 29.0.1547.62 m).
Plz confirm when will the upadated version of Ranorex be avaiable so that I can recorrd and execute my scripts in Chrome

do you check extension in your chrome ?
if extension in version 4.1?

I would recommend that you turn OFF automatic updates of browsers for the systems you are using Ranorex on, and only update the browser once Ranorex is updated to support the new version.

Ranorex does not have the ability to update their code at the same time as the browser makers and must wait on the release, in most cases, before they can even begin to make changes to support the new browser version.

Also, as Yoad suggested, check your browser add-in/extension and make sure it is version 4.1, and that it is ENABLED.
