SVN to TFS

Hi, Please provide any steps or reference documentation for How to move solution from SVN to TFS, currently we do have project under svn but need to move to tfs, not sure how. Thank you in advance

Be aware, that in every soultion the check-in times will not be imported to TFS, this is a limitation of TFS.
