Binding between in test variables and datafolders has stopped working

Hi All,
I'm just wondering if anyone has had a similar issue to this before - a few days ago all my tests were working fine in regards to variables being assigned and this data added to the datafolders.
But now it has suddenly stopped for all my tests despite minimal changes.
My structure works is like
Test Suite
--Module Folder
----DataFolder
------TestCase
--------Smartfolders (for workflow)
What I was having was inside the smartfolders in usercode I would assign Variables based on autogenerated things from the form (id's and such) and then assign that data with data binding to the cells in the datafolder - this has completely stopped working and has massively impacted my tests - is there anything anyone can suggest?
