Hi everybody

Ranorex version: 8.3.0+git994387e4
iOS version: 12.0.1

I was able to (re-)deploy the RxService App via the Instrumentation Wizard, but as soon I try to start RxService App on the iPhone I get the popup "Untrusted Enterprise Developer" and the App will not start!

Do I need to deploy the RxService via another route or will be soon an update on this?

You should just need to trust the developer within the iOS settings. Take a look at the below link and let us know if you get stuck:
