Hi all,
I’ve merged all topics to this since they were about the same problem.
I’ve found the following workaround in order to install an older version of iTunes
iTunes Windows 32 Bit
iTunes Windows 64 Bit
Please let me know if you are still facing issues after downgrading iTunes.
Regarding iOS 8.1.3
Unfortunately we are not aware of any issues in combination with the latest iOS version.
May I ask you if you have confirmed the ‘Trust’ dialog on your device under test?

I’ve found the following workaround in order to install an older version of iTunes
- Uninstall iTunes 12.1 completely including all its remnants such as Apple Application Support, Apple Mobile Device Support and iCloud. Otherwise, the leftover might hinder the downgrade process
- Delete your iTunes folder in C:\USERS\YOURUSER\MUSIC
- Reboot your machine
- Install iTunes 12.0.1
iTunes Windows 32 Bit
iTunes Windows 64 Bit
