Hi All,

Facing strange problem. As soon I click track button on ranorex spy, it minimizes all windows and cursor disappears. I can not see cursor till I close spy. I am using trial version of ranorex 3.2.2. Did anybody here face such problem.

I have tried this with Ranorex-3.2.2, Ranorex-3.2.3, Ranorex-2.3.8 still the same issue.

Maybe there is something wrong with your spy minimizes, check it.

Did you try to use Spy on another machine? Which Spy do you use, the standalone one or the studio integrated one?

I am using integrated one, trial version 3.2.3. O another machine it works fine.

Hi,

Another customer of us had a similar issue and he upgraded his graphic card driver and then the issue was solved. Did you try to update your graphic card driver?
