Excel connector is not working in french OS

Hi,
I got an excel connector from the forum for using the data in the excel sheet. It works perfectly in the Win7 English OS. But, (as per my client need) I have to run it on a Win7 french OS.It's not working.
It shows the error
OS : Windows 7 - French
Ranorex : 4.0.2 - English
.Net runtime: 2.0.5
Excel : 2007 (.xlsx)
