Support / Maintenance

Hiya

The purchase price of Ranorex contains 1 year free support & maintenance I believe. Does this include all product updates in this 1 year period?

What happens after 1 year, do you just re-pay the maintenance, and all product updates are free after that?

What is the maintenance fee per user, per year for each licence type?

Hi,

Support and maintenance is only part of the subscription package.

You'll be able to extend the subscription during a running subscription for a better price than upgrading to a new subscription after an already expired period.
