TFS check in

Hi,
I'm using Ranorex 5.1.2 with TFS 2012.2. I'm wondering why I have to check in for each action a new changeset.
I.e. If i added 2 files, edited 2 files, and deleted 2 files and want to check in all changes, Ranorex forces me to do three changesets (one for all added files, one for all eddited files and one for all deleted files).
Actually I'm used to do one single changeset with ALL changes, independt from the action (add, edit, delete).
Do i have to change a setting in Ranorex? I did the same procedure with the same Solution in Visual Studio 2012, this resulted - as expected - in one changeset.
