I am testing Ranorex with an Android device.

Whe I start recording, I get the little box with Validate, Pause & Stop, but my cursor isbeing held captive in he middle of the screen & my mouse movements are inneffectual.

How do I get to click the Validate button?

You can use Recording hotkeys, as described in Ranorex User Guide...

Hello stapes,

I would suggest trying to disable the 'Use asynchronous dispatching of mouse and keyboard events'-option.

The option can be found in the Global Settings.
