Is it possible to switch off this feature?

I am trying to diagnose a problem which occurs right at the start of my test, and this pop up is skewing my results.

Nope, there is no way to turn the trial nag window. This is just how the trial works. But if you contact Ranorex support and ask them nicely, with reasonable explanation of issue you are experiencing, they may provide you with time limited full version license key.
