Installing and uninstalling desktop Application Problem

Hello,
I am getting a some unexpected trouble while installing and uninstalling the desktop application using ranorex 5.4.6.
In fact, My test does the following:
1. Install app
2. perform some task
3. uninstall the app
4. Install another app and so on.
I have no problem with first run but after that when I uninstalled, it is not completely remove and throw message some item should be deleted manually.
After that When I tried to insatll it says that some file associate to previous installation is used by ranorex debugger and testsuite.exe(name of my testsuite).
How can I get rid of that and what are consequences that ranorex used the test app. I am using CSV for my data source.
This data source has to do something in first app and some in second app.
