Hi nzgeneral,

Is it possible for you to upload a snapshot of your application?
Please have a look at our User Guide to see how to create a Ranorex Snapshot.

This will help us to analyze the problem on our side.
If you don't want to post this here in the forum you can send it to [email protected]

regards,
Markus (S)

Hello nzgeneral,

Thank you for providing the snapshot files. May I ask if it is possible to create a screenshot using an image based recording?
Can you please also try to capture the screenshot using Ranorex Spy. Just navigate to the element in Ranorex Spy and use a right mouse click in order to open the context menu. You will find the option "Capture Screenshot ..." there.
If this is also not possible please it would be very helpful to get your application in order to analyze the issue in more detail.
If you don't want to provide the application in our forum, you can also write an email to [email protected]

Regards,
Bernhard

Hi Team,

Firstly, I'm sorry i can't provide the application beacuse it should have a hardware key to login.

The Ranorex can't create a sceenshot for VideoBox/3DBox using an image base recoding, but can capture the screenshot using Ranorex Spy. It means the Ranorex cannot add an image based via if the controltype is VideoBox/3DBox or other controls which have dynamic images.

Thanks,
nzgeneral
