Wait for screen to change
I am looking to create a package that will open an internal webpage and monitor 3 elements on the page. If one of the objects changes I need the job to send an email. Is this something that ranorex can do?

There is no such built-in functionality which will handle this exact situation but Ranorex can of course handle such a situation but you will need to create your own test actions to handle this situations.
Since Ranorex is based on the .Net framework you can also use the power of .Net to fulfill your needs.
