keep getting Please check that your whitelist allows Ranorex to access the process error on all test cases that have been working fine for a long time.
removed chrome from whitelist and added it back again.
Removed the ranorex extension in chrome browser and added it back again
Instrumented the browser multiple times
Also uninstalled chrome and ranorex but no success.
using Ranorex 10.6.1
any ideas ?

Are you running the Studio as administrator? If not, could you try?
Can it be a non-chrome process that is utilized somewhere else in the test case?
